BelegScan was developed in collaboration between Kutzner Process Optimization and Elsner Datensysteme (DATEV system partner) and is the perfect complement to DATEV Unternehmen online.
How does BelegScan work?
BelegScan allows you to sort scanned receipts by category using QR codes on divider sheets. No special scanner is required. The scanning function of a printer is perfectly sufficient. The program automatically adopts the folder structure specified by DATEV Unternehmen online. Multi-page receipts can be combined or separated in the program.
Once processing is complete, individual or all folders can be uploaded to DATEV Unternehmen Online with a click of the mouse.
